Before taking any Workout Of The Day, completion of the Foundations Course is NECESSARY. Please note, you must COMMIT to ALL 6 Foundations classes within 2 WEEKS from start date. Classes are held Monday/Wednesday/Friday, either mornings or evenings. You MUST COMMIT to all 6 classes for the 2 weeks.
This a series of small group sessions (8 person limit) in which we review the 9 fundamental CrossFit movements, Basic Weightlifting, Cardio-Respiratory Endurance, and Gymnastics Strength Training. As an introduction to the basic movements used in our Workout of the Day (WOD), our team of coaches will expose you to and ensure that you are comfortable with proper technique and execution of these movements before joining the group WODs. Foundations is required for all new members.*
