Before taking any Open Gym session, completion of the Foundations Course is NECESSARY. Please note, you must COMMIT to ALL 6 Foundations classes within 2 WEEKS from start date. Classes are held Monday/Wednesday/Friday, either mornings or evenings. You MUST COMMIT to all 3 days for the 2 weeks.
The Open Gym session allows you to work on your skills and fitness outside of a scheduled class. A coach is always available for consultation.
