Please note: if you have not completed ALL 6 FOUNDATIONS classes, you will not be eligible to attend the WOD class and will lose a class in your package for the reservation.
The WOD is a group class that incorporates cardio, gymnastics, and weightlifting elements. The WOD is different every day -- the constant variation helps to strengthen your whole body and ensure you will always be challenged. All movements can be modified as necessary based on your individual fitness level.
