This ain't yo mama's cardio-boxing class! In our small group classes, students are introduced to the fundamentals of various Boxing techniques and concepts for MMA training. Our classes are structured to be exciting and dynamic, focusing on footwork, body mechanics, punching combinations, offensive/defensive techniques, conditioning and increasing cardiovascular fitness and strength. A 60 minute class burns between 500 to 1000 calories!
This is a great class to pair with Muay Thai / MMA, or any of the BWarrior martial arts classes.
