The practice is based on a flow-style of yoga (Vinyasa) that synchronizes breath and movement. Moving with the breath will help energy flow naturally, easing tension and providing vitality. Instructions on alignment and modification of poses are given so as to enable each student to practice in accordance with their current physical and mental state. All levels are welcome as the focus is to bring more awareness to the body and mind rather than perfecting a pose. The class offers a balance of strength, flexibility, and endurance, which are essential elements in keeping the body and mind healthy.
