Get ready, rain or shine! This is a high intensity cardiovascular and strength training class held outdoors. Consisting of a dynamic warm up, plyometrics and sports drills – variations of squats, lunges, pushups, squat thrusts, kettlebell work, running, and more – the class will help build speed, agility, quickness, endurance, power and core strength.
All levels are welcome. You will be able to go at your own pace.
Please arrive at EVF Columbus Circle 15 minutes prior to class. We will leave for the park promptly at the scheduled class time.
