All levels are welcomed to this challenge. Our skilled instructors vary all movements so all levels of fitness can jump in and get the same SWEAT and BURN! So in the end, you'll be able to gauge and measure your progress during each workout.
"+" stands for mixing it up! Some classes can add a fun mix with the use of kettlebells, mini hand weight balls, and/or cardio challenging exercises. The goal is to always keep it fun, different and challenging!
