At North Sky Kung Fu, we teach a traditional Chinese martial art known as "Eagle Claw Kung Fu." Every class includes is great work out, and introduces the basics of kung fu, from striking and kicking techniques, good for self-defense, to the unique "grabbing" techniques of Eagle Claw.

Classes are small with mixed student levels. Students follow our basic curriculum, which begins with an introduction to Eagle Claw techniques, and continues with kung fu forms, pair practice more. Our classes are designed to present continual challenges at every level, while building energy, confidence, and power. Eagle Claw which dates back to the Shaolin Temple, embraces Taoist and Buddhist concepts, applied to fighting, and develops concentration and focus. Feel great and learn with our friendly group of martial artists.
